Manisha Narayan
Business Owner
My sincere intention is to pay it forward and be a mentor to young and upcoming entrepreneurs in the Events and Hospitality Industry. 2020 was a tough year due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, however Phoenix ICE Solutions was on of the first companies to deliver an entire Virtual Show spanning MC, Keynote Speaker, Comedy, Online Game Show, Entertainment and bringing up winner of the Game Show live to screen. During this time, I took the opportunity to empower myself and studied Woman in Leadership, successfully completing with distinction”
Manisha graduated in Advanced Travel Diploma in 1992, completing all requirements such as IATA UFTAA, Ticketing and Fares, Galileo and in addition, was awarded student of the year.
She started her travel career as Junior Travel Consultant, working her way up to Senior Travel Consultant whilst working her Project Management Diploma in 2000, and her Higher Diploma in Business Management in 2001. Manisha gained industry experience at in-house travel agency at Multichoice, working on VIP Corporate Travel, Conferences, Events and Tailor-made VIP Trips, while being nominated Employee of the year 2003.
In 2005 she joined World of Incentives as Branch manager, continuing her career path until founding Phoenix Devina Business and Travel Solutions in 2010, focusing predominately on Incentives, Conference and Events. In 2015 she was selected for Nedbank’s Supplier Development Program, in 2016 under the program, the company was rebranded to Phoenix ICE Solutions = ICE for Incentives, Conferences and Events.
Demetra Tsatsoulis
Senior Incentives Manager
Demetra started her journey in the Travel Industry in 1989 and was the MD for Supersport Travel, later opening her own Sport Travel Company. Subsequent to her company closing, she worked at various Incentive Travel Companies until 2016. Demetra has been a Phoenix ICE Solutions contractor since 2017, havings worked on multiple Nedbank Events with Phoenix ICE Solutions. Demetra has travelled with groups with us, as well as with groups in her previous employ.
Cathy Hughes
Senior Incentives Manager
Cathy started her journey in the Travel Industry in 1992. Cathy and Manisha have collaborated for many years, while Cathy managed large big incentive groups for the likes of Avroy Shlain and Wimpy. Cathy has contracted to Phoenix ICE Solutions since inception, also assisting on multiple Phoenix Ice Nedbank Events.
She has travelled with Phoenix ICE Solutions on many groups and also managed and travelled with her own groups.

Charlene Dennis
Copywriter
With over 15 years in the media, marketing and PR, Charlene creates and delivers strategic, contextual and relevant content across various marketing channels and online assets.
Charlene has a passion for writing and combining marketing expertise to craft content to inform and engage target audiences about events. Charlene spent many years in the agency environment, working in advertising and brand marketing.
